To create a ticket, Start by logging in to your client cabinet. Once logged in, navigate to the "Tickets" header and click on it.


Stage 2: Creating a New Ticket

Upon reaching the ticket management page, select the option labeled "Create a New Ticket."


Stage 3: Providing Essential Information

On the ticket creation page, begin by writing a concise yet descriptive "Subject" that accurately reflects the nature of your query. Next, carefully choose the relevant "Category" that best aligns with the specific area of your question or concern.


Stage 4: Detailed Description and Attachments

In the designated section, provide a comprehensive and detailed explanation of your question or issue. Include all pertinent information that can assist our team in understanding and addressing your inquiry effectively. If applicable, attach any supporting documents by clicking on the "Attach File" option and selecting the relevant file from your device.

Stage 5: Submitting the Ticket

Before finalizing the ticket creation process, ensure that all necessary details and attachments are accurately provided. Once satisfied, click on the "Submit Ticket" button to transmit your ticket to our support team.
