What should I do if I make a deposit and my account is still not funded?

If your recent deposit to your Fxglory account has not been credited, rest assured that we are dedicated to resolving this promptly.

Follow these steps:

  • Check to see if the deposited amount has been deducted from your payment source.
  • Submit a ticket using your client cabinet, providing your payment details and selecting "Deposit Transactions" as the category.

Our accounting department will carefully examine the situation and provide a swift solution.

at 10:10 today i made a deposit of 100.00 using paypal and the account states 0. my deposit does not show in my account after 30 minutes. ken

If you made a payment by PayPal and it is not reflected in your Fxglory account, there may be several reasons of it. One of the reasons is that PayPal needs to check a client's transaction(s). To follow the issue, please send an email to [email protected] including your account number and an Order No.
