How long would a withdrawal request take?

Is your withdrawal request still pending? Don't worry. All withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours on business days except those requested by “Card”, “Wire Transfer”, and “PayPal”. Please note: o If you withdraw via an electronic payment system (not Wire Transfer), you will receive funds immediately after being accepted. o Any withdrawal request through cards should first be verified by our Financial Department that takes up to 24h on average, and then within 15 working days it will be done through the bank and finally gets into your account. o In case you withdraw via Wire Transfer, it may take longer, usually up to10 business days. I have been waiting now now almost 72 hours for you to withdraw money on two separate accounts to PayPal and Skrill and you refuse to answer my emails asking why the delay. On your site it says this will take no longer than 24 hours. Are delays like this common? How long do I have to wait?

Unfortunately there was a technical problem that cause delay in withdrawal process. The usual time for processing withdrawals is 1-24 hours in business days except Wire Transfer method.
