What should I do if I receive an “Invalid account” error in my MT4?

-  Please, make sure that you have entered all the details correctly.
- "Login" is your real account number, which consists of 5 digits.
- "Password" is your real account master password.
 
Please note:
 
If you have forgotten your "Master Password", you can set a new password for your trading account by clicking on your account number from the Live Accounts list under "MY ACCOUNT" tab, "Account Dashboard" section in the Client Cabinet.
- Make sure that you are not entering any extra blank space or extra characters while typing your account information in the "Login" window of your MT4.
- Please, make sure that you have chosen "Fxglory-Real Server" in "Server" field while logging in.
