What are the differences among the symbols that have "m", "v", and "mv" suffixes?

The difference between the currency pairs that end in an "m" letter and those which do not, is their type of execution. The currency pairs with "m" ending are market execution type, and the other pairs are instant execution.
Also, there are currency pairs that end in  "v" or "mv" letters, which show the account and execution types. The "v" letter stands for VIP account type, and the "mv" indicates market execution type in VIP account.
