How can I verify my mobile phone number?

To verify the phone number, log in to your Client Cabinet using your registered e-mail address and password. (Remember to keep your password safe and do not expose it.)

and then select "Verification" in the "Account" tab.

A window will pop up; scroll down the page until you see the "Phone Verification" section.

Then, follow the steps below:

  • Enter your country's dialing code and mobile phone number.
  • Click on the "SMS" or "Call" button.
  • Press the “Submit” button.

*(You will receive a 4-digit code via SMS or an automated phone call.)

  1. Enter the code you received and click on "Verify."

 

*If SMS and call verification failed, please contact the support team via live chat or Ticket.
