How can I change my phone number?

In order to change your phone number, you are required to follow the steps below :

  • Log in to your Client Cabinet, using your registered email address and password. (Remember to keep your password safe and do not expose it.)
  • Select the "Verification" tab from "Dashboard".

 

               

  • A window will appear; scroll down until you see "Phone Verification" at the bottom of the page.

* In order to change your phone number to a new one, you must first unverify the old one.

  • Click on the "Change number" button at the bottom of the page to unverify your phone number.

 

              

  • You must now enter and verify your new phone number.
