When you place pending orders the open price you set differs from the market price by the pips which vary depending on the currency pair you choose.  For example, for EUR/USD the open price you set must differ from the market price by at least 2 pips or 20 pipettes.

Choose the currency pair you wish to trade and in the "Order" window, in the "Type" part choose the "Pending orders".
