How can I verify my account?

Verification process includes 3 steps.
 
First of all please log in to your Client Cabinet.
In My Account”  part, you can see the “Account Verification”.
In "Account Verification" tab, please upload one of the following documents in respect of each subject in the relevant section.
 
1 - As your proof of Identity, you can upload one of these documents:  passport, national identity card or driver license. 
2 - As your proof of address, you can upload one of these documents: utility bill such as gas, electricity, telephone or water. Also, credit card or bank statement.
 
Please note:
o   Your documents must be scanned.
o   The resolution of uploaded documents must be at least 300 dpi.
o   Uploaded files must be in one of these formats: GIF, JPEG, JPG, PNG, BMP or PDF.
o   Electronic documents are not acceptable.
o   The document size must be at least  1024x768.
o   The address document must be issued within the last six months.
o   You can also use driver's license as the proof of your address only if it is issued within the last six months. 
 
3 - Mobile number: It is also necessary to verify your mobile number in the relevant section of you Client Cabinet panel.
 
Please note: 
o   In order to verify your mobile number please enter your mobile number in “Mobile Verification” part. You will receive a verification code via SMS.  If you do not receive an SMS code, you can try the phone call verification.
o   If you receive the verification code neither via SMS nor by phone call, please contact our Support  Department via live chat.

Hello!I am living in Pakistan and my house is on my father's name while my father is dead and all the utility bills that we receive are on my dad's name. If I open my account with u and I would like to withdraw the money then how can I give you a proof of address by using utility bills?

If my bank statement contains no fund transfers or withdrawals and I have solely created it to wire transfer and deposit funds in my forex account then will you accept that bank statement if it has no balance or a low balance?

In order to verify your account address a client needs to upload a document which shows the same address as it is mentioned in his/her registration form.
If the utility bills are not in the name of clients, he/she can use credit card or bank statement.

Hw do u handle slippage on stops for news traders like me.
I scalp do u allow it.
wat ur minimum stoploss range and trailing stop during news releases

wat is the easiest mode of deposit for Nigerian clients. my uba master card says funds transfer not allowed only purchases allowed even facebook payment allowed.

Verification process takes 1-24 hours, but generally it is done in less than one hour during a working day.

Hello Martha,
If some documents are not issued in English, you can upload your documents translated in English by the notary.
In case of any difficulties in verifying your account, you can send an email to: verification@fxglory.com in order to ask about document verification procedures.
Verification department will guide you to a proper solution.

Because of my job, I live at a different address than what is on my drivers license. So the address that is on my utility bill is different to the address that is on my drivers license. Will that be a problem with verifying my account?

I have tried to verify my Identity and Address twice already. At first, it said that the document is too big. And now it's saying that the resolution is too low. And I scanned with 300 dpi then 600dpi, so I am not sure what is going on. May you help?
