How to request a withdrawal when I used a credit/debit card to deposit?

To send a withdrawal request, please log in to your client cabinet and on "WITHDRAWAL" tab choose "Withdrawal" option.
Then you can see the "Withdrawal Form". While choosing "Credit/Debit Card" as the method of your withdrawal, fill in the gaps carefully and click on "Withdraw" button.
Currently, we are having two methods of deposit by credit/debit card: “Credit/Debit Card - Gate 1” and “Credit/Debit Card - Gate 2”. The information below will guide you with withdrawals.
Payment made by “Credit/Debit Card - Gate 2” method and card verified by Method 1.
In this case, you can withdraw up to the initial deposit to your bank card and the rest of money (profit) by any available e-wallet method.
But if you want to withdraw your entire amount (initial deposit and profit) to your bank card account you need to verify your card by Method 2.
Payment made by “Credit/Debit Card - Gate 1” method and card verified by Method 1 or Method 2.
In this case, you can withdraw your entire amount (initial deposit and profit) to your bank card.
