How to request a withdrawal when I used a credit/debit card to deposit?

To send a withdrawal request, please log in to your client cabinet, using your registered email address and password. (Remember to keep your password safe and do not expose it.) And take the step below to send the withdrawal request.

  • Choose the “Withdrawal” tab in the “Finance” tab.
  • While choosing the "Credit/Debit Card" as the method of your withdrawal, fill in the gaps carefully and click on the "Submit" button.

*Don't forget to check the terms and conditions box before proceeding.

** Also keep in mind that to make a withdrawal request your account must be fully verified.

Please Note:

Payment made by the verified “Credit/Debit Card”;

In this case, you can withdraw up to the initial deposit to your bank card and the rest of the money (profit) by any available e-wallet method.
